Baby it’s cold outside! If you’re like me, then as soon as it gets cold outside you start craving good ramen. Noodle Blvd creates authentic regional dishes in a fresh, healthy, and super tasty way!
This cozy little restaurant has a variety of ramen noodle dishes to choose from. I love the Duck Ramen with kale noodles! It was absolutely delicious. I’ve never had kale noodles before, but I thought it complimented the dish well! Do worry, if you’re not big into kale, it comes with regular ramen noodles, I just substituted mine.
This time, I ordered a few specialty cocktails. Mine came in a fish shaped glass with a bubble waiting to pop! I know it’s hard to visualize but it makes for a great picture. Just make sure you capture it before it pops! I had their nightly special which included a two-cheese grit cake with ham hawk baked inside, topped with a seared scallop and slice of pork belly cooked to perfection. I also ordered the ceviche; it was so fresh and had the best presentation of the evening. The ceviche sat on top of an icy bowl with cool air/smoke rising all around the dish! It’s true that they say, we eat with our eyes first and our palette second!
If you’re not ready to dine-in just yet make sure you order take-out! You might miss out on some of the visuals, but you won’t miss out on a flavorful meal!
Best thing about roman is it contains all the traditional flavors you crave but you can choose the spice level.
I loved their choice of protein ranging from poultry, to seafood, to my favorite, DUCK!
Now it’s time for the tea… Sip, Sip, Spill Style:

Although parking is available, spaces are limited. And it’s easy to miss as it’s right off the highway. It isn’t easy to get to if you’ve missed your turn. Looks like it used to be an old Pizza Hut building!
SPILL
They don’t have a wide variety of cocktails available. If you’re visiting NB it’s for the food, not the alcoholic beverages. So, plan to hit a bar before or after your meal!
