Pan Af Weekend is a one of a kind experience held in Raleigh, NC. It is a weekend of celebration that has been coined “The Black Homecoming” a celebration of Black Culture. Pan Afrikan week has been celebrated at North Carolina State University for over 50 years for undergraduates and Alumni featuring fashion shows, step shows, parties and so much more. Pan Afrikan week’s rich history is inspired by the African Proverb Sankofa which means you can’t know where you’re going unless you know where you came from. The weekend invites back Alumni, family, friends, and really anyone who wants to join in unapologetically celebrating US!

Join us April 12th-14th for a true Home Coming Experience. The Purpose of Pan Af week(end) is connection, expression of self, and celebration of our culture, the culture.

Light up downtown Raleigh Friday April 12th! Crawl Raleigh is back with the Pan Af Edition! After two years, its official the one and only bar crawl block party is back downtown on Fayetteville St.  Get the crew together and join us on Friday, April 12th, from 9 PM to 2 AM, Fayetteville Street transforms into our block party!

‘Infamous’ The Pan Af Day Party Saturday April 13th at Terminal 8 Bar & Lounge in Raleigh, NC! Renowned as the signature event of Pan Af weekend, the Day Party is not just an event; it’s a tradition. A blend of homecoming, fashion show, and family reunion, all rolled into one day party. We will have the sparklers ready!
